Dear Senator Lacson,
I am a trained surgeon from Ospital ng Maynila coming back home for good after 6 years in California. My plan is to do as much charity as I can afford at my former area of practice at the Bgy. Batasan Hills. But the reason I am writing you is because for love of country I planned to support you in your quest for the presidency. In my own little way, my bgy. at the time I left has about 40,000 registered voters. I had this info because I wanted to run as bgy. chairman in 2002 when I found out that the untouched IRA was 28M Php. That's a lot of budget for medicines since I was doing socialized charity then. But I had to leave for the sake of my family. Anyway, I pondered on one idea how to garner votes for you. I call it "rolling hospital". Its ingenious in the sense that only those involved must have the commitment to you to be part of it and you will not be accused of electioneering no matter the timing of its launching. Viability is based on my belief that doctors' influence will still be recognized in far flung areas where candidates have no way to visit anymore. Sir please remember that a lot of our countrymen has never seen a doctor. The problem is that I found out you never avail of your allocated fund as a senator. I ask, does it mean all your projects are financed by you? If not then either you have no projects or some sectors are doing it for you therefore making you indebted to them. That is why I got discouraged because it would mean that the project to help our poor countrymen cannot be financed. Lastly, I will only do this for you.
Respectfully,
