Is it true that the President Arroyo is the owner of the College assurance Plan (CAP)? I asked this just to confirm because when we went to CAP office to claim of my daughter's insurance plan somebody tipped me that Gloria Arroyo owns it. Nakakainis na wala man lamang kaming nakuha kahit isang kusing. Ang sabi na lang ay "WALA DAW SILANG MAGAGAWA". We had been paying the monthly dues since my kids were born and now that they enter college they will just say they can't give anything?
