Sir Ping,
Can you please look into this anomaly in the College Assurance Plan (CAP)? So many parents are complaining until now but can't do anything. So many students under this plan already graduated and were not able to claim anything.

Yes, you're not alone....I thought i wont have any problems with the college education of my kids as I bought the plan while they were months old...now they are now in college but still NO ASSURANCE FROM CAP....what a pain....anyway, Im hoping that if this will be resolved..God willing........may the good law makers remember the inclusion of payment of damages equivalent to the years we have waited.and..CAP this time should change the meaning to CUMARE ALA PANGBAYAD school !!!!! Aray...... sana mabasa nila.
